The City is asking for Feedback to Proposed Changes to the RS Small Scale Residential Zone for Infill. Provide your feedback to the survey before Thursday, January 29.

In areas with detached buildings and rear alleys require two development boxes, a slightly larger one for front principal dwellings and slightly smaller one in the rear for a garage with or without backyard housing. Splitting the site coverage between front and rear buildings reduces building volume and massing and also achieves better building and green space alignment along the block.
