During Indigenous History Month, we celebrate the unique cultures and histories of all Indigenous Peoples, including First Nations, Inuit, and Métis Peoples.

It's important for settlers to reckon with the systemic racism, cultural genocide, and other injustices against Indigenous Peoples that are part of this land's history and still exist today.

AUPE stands in solidarity with Indigenous Peoples. We renew our commitment to decolonizing our union and our workplaces, and working toward creating a safe, welcoming space for all AUPE members.
