Join us for the MADMEN Summertime Lime, a community BBQ and gathering celebrating brotherhood, connection, and collective care this Men's Mental Health Month.

Saturday, June 27, 2026
3:30 PM
N2R Spaces N2R Spaces - Bellamy

Hosted by Hip Hop Healing in partnership with Sundé Social as part of SS Fest, this special gathering brings together Black men, along with their friends, family, and community, for an afternoon of food, conversation, music, games, and good vibes.

Sundé Social is bringing the community back outside for SS Fest — an outdoor, community-based experience that centers Black culture, creativity, and commerce. This is a Black-owned and operated space where we come together to connect, celebrate, and support Black entrepreneurs and artists in real time.

Since the MADMAN Summit: Behind the Mask of Masculinity, Black boys & men have been gathering regularly to support one another, share experiences, and build meaningful connections. What began as a conversation has grown into a brotherhood rooted in healing, accountability, and community care.

Each quarter, we come together in person to reconnect. This summer, we're inviting the wider community to join us.

Mental health is not something we carry alone. Community care, friendship, laughter, movement, and belonging all play a role in helping us stay well. The MADMAN Summertime Lime is an opportunity to slow down, break bread, meet new people, strengthen relationships, and celebrate the importance of village.

Pull up!!!

Whether you've attended a MADMAN event before or you're joining us for the first time, you're welcome.

Bring a friend. Bring your family. Bring your whole self.
Let's connect, build, and lime together.

Mandem it's important for us to be productive yet it's just as important for us to rest and process. We all have responsibilities and roles that keep us active. At the same time, too often we neglect ourselves and suffering in silence. We're not saying neglect your responsibilities. We're inviting you to take time/space to reflect and self-care.

Reflections from participants after workshop 👂🏽✍️🏽

“When we got to do the cyphers. After learning about the impacts of cannabis, I felt a sense of understanding and I felt like the cypher was a way for me to express my feelings towards it.

“I definitely learned the history and ancestry roots. I also now learned the criminalization I would definitely take what I learned today very seriously from this day forward.”

This is what happens when health education is culturally grounded, community-led, and rooted in care.

We're taking the conversation across Ontario and would love to see you at an upcoming workshop:
