After the holiday season, rather than discarding your real Christmas tree, find a serene spot in your yard to lay it down. This will offer protection and shelter to critters during the winter. You can also stand the tree upright and use it as a bird feeder by suspending edible ornaments such as suet balls or pinecones with natural peanut butter covered in seeds. Make sure the tree is cleared of ornaments, tinsel, or glitter, returning it to its natural state.

THANK YOU! What a great event our 3rd Annual Harvest Dinner and Fundraiser turned out to be! From our fabulous sponsors, to the local businesses contributing to our auction items, our most generous guests and of course our volunteers. TOMORROW is the big event! You can still get limited tickets at the door. We want to send out a special thank you to our sponsors Astorville/Perron Freshmart; Stone Oaks Farm. and Leisure Farms for their support in the creation of a great meal. Also want to thank the local businesses that so graciously donated to our live auction. It will be a great time! We have so many other businesses to thank for donations towards the silent and chance auctions as well. We've captured everyone that donated in our evening program! Hope to see you there!
