Today in Mini Church, we learned about missionaries and sharing the good news of Jesus!

The kids made their own "Good News Shoes" to remind them that God can use all of us to share His love wherever we go.

Thursday, June 4th, at 11am at Jubilee we celebrate the life of Brian Bick... a man whose life was rooted in faith, family, and friendship.

Two of Brian's favourite sayings perfectly reflect the way he lived:

"If God said it, I believe it, that settles it."

"Love God, love people."

You will be missed, Brian. Your family row at church won't feel quite the same without you, but your memory will live on in the legacy you leave behind in the many lives you've touched.

Today in Mini Church the kids made missionary passports and talked about taking the message of Jesus to the world.

Sadly, I didn't get a photo of the passports, but on the bright side, I did manage to capture this rare Winnie-the-Pooh sighting.

I'm not saying Pooh is ready for missionary service, but he did seem very interested in the lesson... and the snacks.
