Ida Street Closure Notice – Dundalk ⚠️

Please be advised that Ida Street, from Victoria Street to Main Street, is scheduled to be closed on Monday, May 11, 2026, as part of the ongoing Grey Road 9 construction project in Dundalk.

The intersections at Ida Street/Victoria Street and Ida Street/Main Street will remain open.

Motorists are encouraged to plan ahead, use alternate routes where possible, and follow all posted construction signage.

Following the long weekend, starting Tuesday, May 19, 2026, the closure is scheduled to expand to include Main Street from Ida Street to just before the west entrance of Highpoint Community School. Both entrances to Highpoint Community School are expected to remain accessible during the school months.

What a great night we had! Lots of hungry guests came and enjoyed chicken parm with veggies and caesar salad. Homemade oatmeal chocolate chip cookies and rice pudding for dessert!
Thank you to our many volunteers that cook, put up and take down table and chairs, cleanup. These dinners would not happen without the many hands that help each month.

Please join us on the third Monday of each month for this free community dinner.

May 18th we will be having sausages, rice pilaf and brownies with ice cream.
