Se'Shen Youth Development Society Se'Shen Youth Development Society is a multidenominational Christian organization created to provide hope for Aboriginal and other at-risk youth.

The Se'Shen Youth Development Society, located in Duncan, B.C. was formed in 2003 to provide training and employment opportunities for Aboriginal youth and to provide a “bridge” to jobs outside of the Aboriginal economy. Se'Shen’s mandate has since been expanded so that all “youth at risk” in the Cowichan Valley will have access to our services. The Se'Shen Youth Development Society will:
- Train

and Find Employment for Youth at Risk
- Facilitate Entry into Existing Employment Markets
- Creating Business Opportunities for Long Term Employment
- Provide Mentorship to Youth
