Last year, Youth Can Cowichan empowered 85 local youth to step up and make a difference đź’™

Together, they partnered with 35 community organizations, supported 29 events and projects, and contributed 5,500+ volunteer hours — that’s over $100,000 in volunteer labour invested right back into our community!

Through our 10 for 10 Campaign, we’re inviting 10 local businesses and supporters to invest $10,000 each to keep this momentum going. When you support Youth Can Cowichan, you’re not just funding a program, you’re fueling youth leadership, connection, and real community impact.

Let’s build the next 5,500 hours together. 💪

We’re grateful to the Sovereign Order of St. John of Jerusalem, Knights Hospitaller - Victoria for their generous donation of $3,750 to Youth Can Cowichan at Volunteer Cowichan!

This support is helping youth aged 15–29 lead volunteer projects, build skills, and connect with their community. As the year ends, many young people face financial or logistical challenges that make participation harder - this gift helps remove those barriers so they can stay engaged and supported.

We also thank the Times Colonist Christmas Fund for making contributions like this possible!
