🍂 RUN NOW. WINE LATER. 🍷🏃‍♀️

One of Cowichan’s favourite fall traditions is back.

Join us Sunday, October 18 for the Cowichan Autumn Classic and experience a race day that winds through the beautiful Glenora countryside, the Trans Canada Trail and vineyard scenery at Zanatta Estate Winery.

Choose your race:
🏃 5K
🏃‍♂️ 10K
👟 1K Kids Race

Cross the finish line and celebrate with a finisher medal, monogrammed wine glass, wine or juice tasting, great food, prizes and plenty of fall fun. Costumes are encouraged too. 🎃🍁

Even better, your run helps support KidSport Cowichan, helping more local kids get into the game. 💛

The 33rd Annual Ceevacs Roadrunners Run & Walk Clinic is back this fall. 🏃‍♀️

Join us for seven Tuesday evenings designed to help you build confidence, improve your fitness and get ready for the Cowichan Autumn Classic.

Choose the group that fits you:
FitWalk • Learn to Run • 5K • 10K

📅 September 15 to October 27
⏰ Tuesdays at 6 PM

The clinic wraps up with a celebratory 5K and 10K on the final night, and all proceeds support the Cowichan Sportsplex.

The Cowichan Autumn Classic: Run Now, Wine Later returns on Sunday, October 18, 2026, at Glenora Community Hall.

Choose the scenic 5K or 10K, or bring the little ones for the 1K Kids Race through the vineyard. Enjoy the beauty of the Glenora area, the Trans Canada Trail and Zanatta Estate Winery, plus costumes, finisher medals, prizes and plenty of community spirit.

Fun times at the Loopy Loop (Chemainus Lake) made for a wonderful close to year three of the Spring into Summer Trail Clinic.
