Cowichan Capitals Volunteers
Volunteers are an essential part of the Cowichan Capitals organization. From game-day operations to community events, our volunteers help create the welcoming, energetic, and professional atmosphere that makes Capitals hockey special.
Each season, dedicated members of the community give their time to support our players, fans, families, sponsors, and staff. Their efforts help bring people together at the Cowichan Community Centre and play a major role in the success of every home game.
Whether you are looking to give back, meet new people, gain experience, support local hockey, or become more involved with the team, volunteering with the Capitals is a meaningful way to be part of the organization.

Who Can Volunteer?
We welcome reliable, positive, and community-minded individuals who want to help support the Capitals organization. No hockey experience is required — just a willingness to help, work as part of a team, and contribute to a great experience for everyone who comes through the doors.
Volunteers may include students, retirees, families, hockey fans, local residents, and anyone looking to become more connected to the community. Whether you can help at every home game or only occasionally, your time and support are appreciated.

Our Appreciation
The Capitals are extremely grateful for the volunteers who give their time and energy to the organization. Their work often happens behind the scenes, but it is felt throughout the building on every game night.
Simply put, we could not provide the same experience for our players, fans, and community without the dedication of our volunteer team.
