Upcoming 2026 Annual General Meeting

At the AGM we will be voting on a few revisions to Smithfield's bylaws including:
Under "Board of Directors" to add: "President and Secretary will be elected for a two year term for even years. Vice President and Treasurer will be elected in a two year term for odd years."
Under "Directors", to add a one year term as follows "... Directors are to be elected at the annual meeting for a one year term, and may be..."
Under "Meetings", to change "...shall hold an Annual Meeting on or before the 30th of April in each year,..." to "...shall hold an Annual Meeting on or before the second Tuesday of May in each year...".
Under "By-Laws", to change ""...one months' written notice..." to "...30 days written notice...".
Under "Dissolution", to add: " Dissolution requires an 80% vote of all members in good standing as are present in person, at the annual general meeting, of which 90 days written notice is given specifying the intention to dissolve".
