Basic Planning for Scouting Training at Camp Impeesa!

October 31, 2026 9am - 4pm

This training covers basic Scouting planning skills including meeting planning, ceremonies, songs, skits, food (including lunch), crafts, games, stories, overplanning and event planning. The training is intended to include practical sessions with hands on learning on how to do these skills and modify them to your section.

Lunch will be provided as part of the course.

Cost is $20/person to be paid the day of by cash, cheque (made to: Camp Impeesa - Scouts Canada), or eTransfer

Our Annikki Snow is looking fantastic and will be protected for years to come! Mill Pond Painters did a great job of prepping and staining the whole exterior.

Ron did a great job for us today, adding eves trough on the front of Adirondack #3. Now coming out the door when it is raining you do not get the down pour from the roof.

I got some signs creating for our Knot Knowledge & Nature Nook Centre. Ron got them installed for us this morning, thanks! Step by step we are getting more completed on our new Centre.

Feeling alive in Week 5! What a wonderful week we had tuning into the bountiful nature at camp. 🌻

We had the pleasure of encountering lots of fun wildlife this week, including a stick bug! We’ve also been keeping an eye out for monarchs hanging out in the milkweed 🐛🦋

A big thank you to special guest for coming out and sharing their passion for local ecology!

Week 3 is a wrap! While it was shorter than we’d hoped for, it wasn’t short on good memories!! 👏
