This has been an exceptional experience for these youth, providing meaningful opportunities that support both personal growth and cultural connection. Through training in chainsaw and brush saw safety, as well as activities such as rabbit snaring, sweat lodge ceremony, ribbon skirt making, and drum making, they are gaining valuable skills while strengthening their identity and resilience. Their dedication to learning is admirable—may they continue to grow with confidence, perseverance, and a clear vision for their future.
