We are so pleased to be sponsoring a new Rotaract Club in Delta. The new Rotaract Club with 18 members are eagerly waiting for Rotary International to approve their charter.
They have initiated their first service project to collect donated school supplies for students in Delta needing some help with supplies at the start of the new school year. The Rotaractors had a successful day yesterday accepting donations at a booth set up outside London Drugs in Ladner. They will be back at London Drugs this Saturday August 22. Congratulations to all involved.

Rotary members post a new story each month. This month the storyboards received a spring cleaning. Story Walk is a partnership with the Rotary Club of Ladner, the City of Delta, and the Delta Community Literacy Committee.

The Ladner Rotary Story Walk starts south of Neilson Grove Elementary School, 5500 Admiral Blvd, Delta, BC, near River Road.

Cyclists, who rode a 16 km bike route connecting Tsawwassen to Ladner, in Delta, BC, were joined by thousands who also took in the entertainment at the first Barns to Beaches Festival on June 20, 2026. Members of Rotary Clubs of Ladner and North Delta managed parking of bikes and vehicles for the event. The free community event in Delta included a scenic 16 km bike ride along shoreline paths, dikes, and backcountry farm roads and live music, food, craft beer, and family-friendly activities.
