Winners have been notified from Saturday's event. Thank you to everyone for their participation. Thank you to Absolute Homecare and Lyndsey Ross for the prize donation for the adult's guess how many game! Congratulations to Madi Pellart, who won it! The correct number of water bottle caps was 367. For anyone interested, the correct number of jelly beans in the kids' game was 410, and we had a lucky winner guess spot on! I won't share that child's full name, but great guess Brody!

The winner of the 50/50 draw at the Community Appreciation BBQ on Saturday, May 30th was Emily Galvao. Congratulations! The lucky winner took home $425!

Thank you to everyone that came out and participated in our Community Appreciation BBQ today. My gratitude goes out to so many people: to the Delhi Fire Department for a great job cooking the food, Taoist Tai Chi Society for the demos, to our volunteers for manning the tables, to our Walk-In Clinic staff for looking after our stuffy friends, Kim and Lesley for face painting, to Jordan (Capitol 33) for supplying us with music, to Michelle (Little Miss Busybody ) for providing a craft for little visitors to do, to my right hand - Connie Davidson for everything you did to help, and to our fantastic Board of Directors who all contributed in big ways, Wilkinson's Your Independent Grocer for donating all of the food and drinks. Hey Kids! Bring your teddy bear or stuffed animal to our Community Appreciation BBQ on May 30 (12 noon - 3 pm) for a check up! It's a great way to show your cuddly friends that visiting the doctor isn't scary!
