Thanksgiving at the airfield!
We welcome Liam, a 16-year-old glider pilot who joined the club and soloed our Bergfalke glider yesterday. 👏
Bonnechere Soraing Club definitely wins the contest for the Canadian gliding club with the prettiest fall colours! 🍂🍁

The fall colours are starting to come out at Bonnechere Soaring. We have until the end of October to enjoy them before our gliders go into hibernation for the winter. 🍁

Today the SAC historian Bruce flew with Jim, both avid fans of wooden vintage gliders! Bruce and Mary Anne are visiting clubs across the country all the way from BC to meet pilots and see various club operations.

Lots of activity at the club this past weekend! Dave went for a K6 flight, Julia did some gliding/towing, and Jim did some training flights with Hunter (including a 150’ rope break)
