When you arrive at the festival, we will ask for ID and you will receive your wristband in person.

Hello friends! Looks like the weather has shifted and it looks good for the next few days. So we would like to try again to get the staining started: 4 pm today (Sunday), 5 pm Monday and 5 pm Tuesday.

If anyone is available, we are looking for some people that might be available early evening today to come to the campus and help lay out the lumber this evening so staining can begin tomorrow. Maybe just bring a pair of gloves!

📣 Update 📣

✨ Volunteers Needed — Early Birds Welcome! ✨

We’re looking for 8–10 helpers to stain the tongue and groove for the brand‑new Summerfest Pavilion. No experience needed — just enthusiasm and a willingness to jump in.

🪵 New date: Saturday, June 13 — 6 am to 11 am (weather permitting!)

It’s an early one, but if you’re up with the sun, we’d love to have you stop by anytime in the morning. Come for an hour or stay the whole time — every bit helps.

Bring a friend, grab a coffee on the way, and help us make the Pavilion shine.

We are excited to announce that the Penny Sale, In Memory of Todd Tooley has raised a grand total of $3222.00!

Special mention goes out to:

- Todd’s sisters, Tara and Darlene who represented all day Sunday and greeted every “shopper”

- Todd’s cousins, Becky Daynard (Karl Daynard), Miranda Spencer and Bonnie Bowes, who helped gather, store, move, setup and award prizes!

- Joan Walker, family friend

- and the Chalk River & Area Lion’s Club for generously donating the space for the weekend!

Sale goes from 10:00am-3:00pm.
Draws will start at 3:00pm.

Note: You do not have to be in attendance to win a raffle. If you are not present, someone will call you for pick up.

We ask that if you do have to pick up - that all winnings are picked up no later than 5:30pm.
