It is with profound sadness we announce the death of our dear friend Bob French.

He was the founding president of the Rotary Club of North Renfrew (Deep River) and his leadership and commitment has influenced our club's direction over the subsequent 20 years.
Concrete examples of his community work surround us, particularly in the two community gazebos, riverfront pathway, Lamure beach path, and Four Season's observatory that he was heavily involved in constructing, as a Rotarian and as a dedicated community resident.
His obituary link here gives more examples of his passion for humanity.
RIP, Bob.

Celebrate the life of Robert (Bob) French and join others in sharing memories, stories, and condolences.

Our club will collect surplus medical supplies from local pharmacies and forward them for shipment to Cuba. It's something we can do to help the dire situation there.

We've started giving free illustrated dictionaries to local Grade 3 students! Each young student writes their name in the front so the books belong solely to them, for use anywhere and at any time. These St Anthony's students were very excited to receive theirs!

Our youth exchange student from Denmark, Stella, joined us when our district governor came to our last meeting. He was impressed!
