Being able to laugh.. really let go and burst forth with a giggle fit or belly laugh from the depths of your soul-does wonders for the spirit. Laughter puts our woes in perspective. It makes us forget our troubles. It makes us feel hopeful about the possibility of feeling good. Really Good.. now and in the future ♥️
