Camp Maintenance and General Labourer | Duz Cho Construction

Duz Cho Construction is hiring a Camp Maintenance and General Labourer for our Mackenzie, BC location.

This full-time, permanent role supports the day-to-day maintenance and safe operation of camp facilities. Duties include general maintenance and labour support, inspections, repairs, basic carpentry, painting, equipment support, facility upgrades, and maintaining camp buildings, grounds, accommodations, and common areas.

Duz Cho is a 100% Indigenous-owned company, with ownership belonging to McLeod Lake Indian Band. The successful candidate will have an understanding of Indigenous communities, cultural protocols, and a commitment to working in a culturally safe and respectful environment.

Position Details:
Location: Mackenzie, BC
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8–10 hours per day, with weekends on call
Wage: $25–$30 per hour, based on experience
Company vehicle and tools provided
Camp is optional

Qualifications:
Class 5 driver’s licence required
Camp experience is an asset
Must be able to pass an alcohol/drug test
