RIDE Program - Dauphin, Manitoba The Dauphin RIDE Program is a non-profit, volunteer-run organization that provides a safe and sober trip home for you and your vehicle. It’s that simple!

Get picked up by the Dauphin R.I.D.E (Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere) Program and get you, your passengers and your vehicle home safe

Call Dauphin’s RIDE Program during our nights of operation. Our volunteers will be dispatched to meet you. A volunteer will drive you home in your car, with an es**rt vehicle following behind. Once you arrive, our volunteers will transfer back to the es**rt vehicle, and be on their way. This service is provided free of charge as a Community Policing Initiative to keep our community safe. It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our dear friend and longtime volunteer, Jim.

Jim dedicated many years to the Dauphin RIDE Program, giving his time, kindness, and unwavering commitment to helping others. He was more than a volunteer — he was a friend, a familiar face, and a vital part of our community.

We extend our deepest condolences to Jim’s family and loved ones. He will be greatly missed, but his spirit will continue to ride with us.

We’re honoured to be nominated by the Parkland Chamber of Commerce as an Eric Irwin Community Appreciation Group of the Year nominee.

The Dauphin RIDE Program is made up of local volunteers who simply want to help make our community a little safer by offering rides home when people need them. Being recognized in this way means a lot to our team and to everyone who supports the program.

Thank you to the Parkland Chamber of Commerce for the nomination, and to the volunteers, supporters, and community members who make the Dauphin RIDE Program possible. We’re grateful to be part of such a caring community.
