GEO Nova Scotia was grateful to provide input on questions related to digital inclusion, helping ensure the realities of being online (and offline) in Nova Scotia are reflected in this important work.
Last October at GEO Forum 2025, our own Laurel Taylor sat down with Erin Wynn, Director of the Quality of Life Initiative at Engage Nova Scotia, to talk about how digital inequity impacts quality of life — and what this upcoming survey hopes to uncover.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Engage Nova Scotia invites residents to complete the Nova Scotia Quality of Life Survey
Engage Nova Scotia, in collaboration with the Canadian Index of Wellbeing, is excited to launch the Nova Scotia Quality of Life Survey on February 23rd! Every household across the province will receive an invitation to complete the survey. The survey provides an opportunity to tell a more complete story of wellbeing in Nova Scotia which can help inform decision making, drive impactful change, and improve local communities.
