Wear red. Raise awareness. Support inclusion.

Today, CavUnity released a statement from our Founder & President regarding the white nationalist demonstration reported in Bedford over the weekend.

Hate, discrimination, racism, and bullying have no place in our communities. As an organization committed to inclusion, respect, and belonging, we stand firmly with all those impacted by acts of hate and reaffirm our commitment to building safer and more welcoming communities for everyone.

As students across our communities celebrate prom and graduation season, CavUnity is reminding everyone to make safety a priority.

Celebrate responsibly. Plan a safe ride home. Never drive impaired or distracted, and never get into a vehicle with someone who is unsafe to drive.

One decision can save a life.

We want every student to enjoy these milestone moments and make it home safely to their loved ones.

Driving sober saves lives.

As prom and graduation celebrations begin across our communities, CavUnity has released an Organizational Statement from our Executive Leadership Team highlighting the importance of safety during this special time of year.

Prom and graduation should be remembered for celebration, achievement, and lifelong memories — not tragedy. We encourage all students, families, and community members to make responsible choices and prioritize safety on our roads.

Driving sober saves lives.

Please take a moment to read and share our full statement as we work together to ensure every student gets home safely this graduation season.

This Men’s Mental Health Month, CavUnity encourages open conversations, support, and understanding around mental health and well-being.

Mental health matters for everyone, and no one should feel alone in facing challenges. This month serves as a reminder that seeking support is a sign of strength, and together we can help break the stigma surrounding mental health.

Let’s continue building a community rooted in compassion, support, and connection.

June is National Indigenous History Month, a time to recognize and honour the rich cultures, histories, traditions, and contributions of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis Peoples across Canada.

At CavUnity, we reaffirm our commitment to reconciliation, learning, and creating inclusive spaces where Indigenous voices are heard, respected, and celebrated. We recognize that reconciliation is an ongoing journey, and we remain committed to listening, learning, and taking meaningful action within our communities.
