URGENT - Remember Mama Lulu? She came to our rescue at Easter time with her kittens, and went to a foster home. It was obvious while she was here and at the foster home that she very much disliked other cats. She became very stressed out when she saw other adult cats. After her kittens got adopted, she started chewing at her leg causing a sore that required Veterinary care.
Unfortunately around the same time, her foster home had to move and they were unable to continue fostering, so she had to change her environment, which exacerbated her condition.
She has been in a new foster home since early June, and has been returning to the vet frequently for care for her skin on her leg. We have tried antibiotics and steroids. We even did a biopsy to make sure it wasn't cancer. It seemed to be getting better at the most recent vet visit.

However unfortunately now her new foster home has to move and they cannot keep her.

Ideally we would want somebody who could outright adopt Lulu instead of finding yet another foster home.

All this changing of environment is going to stress her out further.
( Not going to lie it's stressing me out a little bit too)

While a permanent adoption is the ideal scenario, we have to find somewhere for her to go before August 29th that does not have any other pets.

Time is of the essence.

Lulu is a sweet young cat who deserves stability. She did a wonderful job of raising her kittens and they have all found great homes. It's not fair that she has had so much turmoil in her life.

Can you provide her with the home that she needs? If so please call Sonya at 902-469-6369 and if you can't reach me by phone send me a message here on Facebook

Brielle has come a long way since she was rescued, living as a stray outside a grocery store. She has been tested for feline leukemia, FIV and heartworm. She has been vaccinated twice, so she is up to date for the next year. She has been spayed and microchipped. She has been treated for parasites.
She's an affectionate friendly timid sweet girl who would prefer to be adopted to a home that doesn't have any other pets so that she can be a spoiled solo Queen.

Remember to contact your Veterinary Hospital to give them permission to discuss your history when the rescue calls.
The adoption fee for an adult cat is $300.
She must be an indoor only cat.
