Preston Area Learning Skills Society The Preston Area Learning Skills Society is a non-profit community based organization.

The PALS curriculum is based on Level 1 and Level 2 of the Nova Scotia School for Adult Learning educational program.

Continuing education programs for adults are available at the Township Learning Centre. We offer daytime and evening classes. Our programs can also lead to preparation for the Canadian Adult Education Credential (CAEC), which replaced the former GED. Registration is now open, classes start on September 15, 2025, but earners can join our programs at any time. To register, contact us at 1987pals@gmail or 902-707-0398.
