Hello there everyone my name is Mackenzie Scanlon and with the holiday season fast approaching i wanted to let everyone know I will be hosting a fundraiser event to raise money for the IWK Children’s Hospital. It’s Called the Paws For A Cause:Holiday Cheer For Kids🎄♥️
We all know during the holiday season the thing families at the IWK want most is their child(ren) to be home for Christmas, unfortunately some children aren’t so lucky so my main goal for this fundraiser is to get as much support as we can so we can give the children a great Christmas experience even if it has to be spent in a hospital ♥️
There is no admission fee but donations are welcome at the door ☺️
There will be many activities for children to do at this fundraiser such as
-Card Making (All cards made will go to a child at the IWK) ✍️
-Christmas Colouring (Children have the option to keep their picture or they can give it to a child at the IWK) 🖍️🎅
-Christmas Crafts (2 different ones)
-Christmas Cupcakes Decorating 🧁
-Face Painting ($5) Done By Haley MacKinnon 🖌️🎨
And of course what’s Christmas without Pictures With Santa 📸🎅 Not only are we doing picture with Santa for your kids but we are also doing Pictures With Santa for your furry friends too 🐶🐾
Prices For Photos Are As Follows
Pet Photos Only-$10
Kid Photos Only-$15
Kids and Pets Together-$20
Children And Animals Of All Sizes and Ages Are Welcome 🤗
Toy Drive 🧸- There will also be a place for you to donate a toy to a child at the IWK that will be distributed to the children during the holiday season
The holidays are a great time to give back and what better place to give back to than the IWK Children’s Hospital 🏥 ♥️ Please share this event with as many people as possible so we can get all the support we can ☺️
