Know & Grow Community Farm Growing, sharing, and learning about food at the College of the Rockies - Creston Campus Know & Grow is visited by hundreds of community members each year.

Know & Grow Community Farm (formerly the Community Greenhouse) at the College of the Rockies is a Creston Valley landmark. Together, Know & Grow staff and community volunteers of all ages have transformed the grounds of an abandoned sawmill into a vibrant hub for growing, sharing, and learning about food. Through programs for young families, elementary, secondary, and college students, senior citi

zens, and persons with developmental disabilities our greenhouses and gardens are used as places of learning and as sites where nutritious, organic produce is grown for the local food bank and seniors’ centres. Know & Grow programs include: Grow to Share, Learn to Grow - Grade 3, Learn to Grow - Yaqan Nukiy School, Learn to Grow - Grizzly Out of School Care, Learn to Grow - PCSS Work Experience, Children Growing Gardens, Families Growing Gardens, Generations Growing Gardens, and Soils for Seniors.
