Iron Skillet and the farm on The Bench are both entirely family owned and operated. While we do not have organic certification, we strongly believe in and use organic or better practices and ingredients to grow and make all our products.

Tucked just under Thompson Mountain, our little diamond in the rough farm and facilities provide fresh, delicious, and nutrient dense seasoning, veggies, microgreens, and more for our family and many other people in the Creston Valley. We will not compromise on quality or standards.

Renowned kootenay mushroom expert Robin from Mr. Mercy's Mushroom Co. in Kaslo will be at Seedy Saturday this weekend!

If you have mushroom questions, need spawn for your own mushroom kingdom, or want to try some dry mushrooms, this is the guy to talk to.

Founded in 2012 as the Dan McMurray Community Seed Bank, the Creston Community Seed Bank Society is one of Creston's most beloved gardening institutions.

They'll be bringing enthusiasm, local gardening knowledge, and over 40 different locally grown seeds to the party!

Purveyors of handmade preserves & pickles, in season greens, hand painted signs, wildcrafted lotions and potions, and a selection of self saved seeds.

All her preserves are amazing, but we can definitely recommend her pumpkin jam over everything else.
