Cowichan Bay Improvement District (Cowichan Bay Fire Rescue) invites community members to attend our upcoming Annual General Meeting.

🗓 Date: Monday, April 27, 2026
📍 Location: 4461 Trans Canada Hwy, Cowichan Bay
🕡 Voter Registration: 6:30 PM
🕖 Meeting Starts: 7:00 PM

• Trustees’ Report
• Fire Department Report
• Apparatus Replacement Plan
• Presentation of 2025 Audited Financial Statements
• Election of One Trustee (3-year term)

🗳 Voting Information:
Eligible voters must be property owners within the Cowichan Bay Improvement District. Please bring valid photo ID.
