✨ THANK YOU TO OUR AMAZING SPONSORS & LOCAL SUPPORTERS! ✨

It truly takes a village to put on a production — and our Comox Valley village SHOWED UP! 💛

Our summer production of Mary Poppins Jr. would not have been possible without the incredible businesses and community members who supported our kiddos and our production in so many different ways. From purchasing program ads and donating gift cards, to sharing spaces, providing costumes, lending a helping hand, giving their time, talents, energy and expertise — every contribution made a difference 🫶

A theatre production is no small feat. There are countless moving pieces behind the scenes, and it takes a whole community coming together to create the magic our young performers get to share onstage and behind the scenes.

To every business and local supporters who helped make Mary Poppins Jr. happen: THANK YOU. Your generosity helped give our cast and crew the opportunity to learn, grow, create, perform, and make memories they’ll carry with them for years to come ✨

A HUGE “thank you” to SD71 for letting us bring this show to life at G.P. Vanier 🙌 And, to Lori Mazey for being there to support us with costumes, tech support, props, sets, and for trusting us in her space - thank you 🩷

We are incredibly grateful for the way the Comox Valley continues to show up for youth theatre and for the young people who bring these stories to life.

Now, it’s time to give some well-deserved recognition! 👏

Take a look at the amazing businesses and supporters who helped make our production possible. Please consider supporting the people who support our community!

From all of us at Rainbow Youth Theatre — thank you for helping us make a little theatre magic ✨

After a few weeks of relaxation, reflection, and letting the Mary Poppins Jr magic settle in, our RYT team is feeling SO incredibly grateful for our amazing cast and crew✨

“Super” doesn’t even begin to describe the dedication, joy, laughter, friendships, and memories that filled our summer. ☂️🎭💫 We are endlessly proud of every single person who helped bring this show to life!

Our cast party was the perfect way to celebrate everyone’s unique contributions, reflect on everything we accomplished together, and—of course—eat A LOT of pizza! 😋🍕

🍕 A MASSIVE shoutout to Dominos Pizza Courtenay! 🍕Thank you for providing pizza for our cast and crew. It was safe to say it was a HIT… absolutely demolished! 😂🍕🙌

We are so incredibly grateful for local businesses like Domino’s who choose to support youth theatre and the young performers in our community. Your support helps make experiences like this possible, and we appreciate you more than you know! 🩷

And we’re not done yet! We have SO much more support and so many wonderful people and businesses to acknowledge. One post simply isn’t enough to express our gratitude. 🥹🩷

Our Comox Valley support system is pretty darn special, and we love and appreciate you all! 🎭✨

Thank you for helping us make the magic happen! ☂️💫

☀️THEATRE HEAT ADVISORY — FRIDAY NIGHT!☀️

We’re doing everything we can to cool the theatre down, but we encourage everyone joining us tonight to come prepared for a warm theatre.

Please wear light clothing, bring a water bottle, and feel free to bring a quiet personal fan to help keep comfortable.

We so appreciate your understanding and support! 💛 Our kids are SO excited to see you tonight!

And remember—if it’s warm in the audience, our performers are feeling it too! They’ll be onstage in full costumes, under those bright stage lights, and absolutely rockin’ it to put on a fantastic performance for you! 👏✨

We can’t wait to see you tonight! And good news… it’s looking like Saturday will be cooler for our double-show day! 🎭

Stay cool, stay hydrated, and get ready to be swept away by Mary Poppins magic! ✨
