Come join us for the Toy Library’s Annual General meeting!
Why?
Member attendance in person or via zoom is critical for continued funding from our Community Gaming Grant, which covers the majority of our operating expenses. Member turnout is really that important!
All members in good standing are also eligible to vote at this meeting and can be elected to our Board of Directors.
When?
Tuesday, October 20th at 5-6pm, It will run for 45-60 mins.
Where?
Our normal location. Lower level of St. George’s United Church at 505 Sixth St. Courtenay.

Who?
Everyone! This meeting is open to all members, volunteers, and anyone else who may be interested in learning about the Toy Library. This is a great night to find out what we’re all about, ask questions and get involved!
What?
We’ll be presenting an overview of our past year as well as reviewing our financials. Board members will be elected for the coming year and we’ll welcome any questions or suggestions from members.
We are unable to lend out or return toys during this meeting.
We are making this AGM much more family friendly with an earlier opening and a babysitter onsite. We’ll also be offering a pizza dinner, snacks and a chocolate buffet so you can skip a night cooking dinner! The kids will be entertained with toys and some Halloween crafting so parents can have a rest and enjoy the meeting.
