Our September calendar of activities is jam packed as usual! And you don’t want to miss our Open House and fundraising BBQ on Saturday Sept 19th - bring along your friends and family to show them what we’re all about. Note: the club will be closed on September 7th due to the Labour Day holiday.

CLUB MEMBERS:
We know that you all love and appreciate our club but did you know that with the exception of two part time office administrators our club is run entirely by volunteers? Without them we would not be able to function. As we continue to grow and offer more activities, workshops and special events we are in need of more help in a wide variety of areas. We would love you to discover the satisfaction that volunteering gives by sharing your talents and interests.

Painting on fabric is something not many artists are familiar with - but today the talented Bruni Nielsen who is well known for embellishing everything from clothing, sneakers, pillows and even luggage encouraged us to give it a try. Today’s participants left with their own hand painted miniatures mounted on embroidery hoops generously donated by club member Denise Willard. Thank you Bruni and Denise.
