Today we recognize Red Dress Day, a National Day of Awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and Two-Spirit People. ❤️
Red dresses hanging in trees, on buildings, and in public spaces serve as powerful reminders of the lives lost, the voices silenced, and the families and communities forever impacted.
We stand in solidarity with Indigenous communities, honour the lives of those who are missing and murdered, and acknowledge the ongoing need for justice, awareness, and meaningful change.
