Contact and Communications with ETI using CE-5 Protocols

A Close Encounters of the Sixth Kind(CE-6):
is at this time in our history, a rare event occurring to a few
select people, who are most likely to be either astronauts or cosmonauts from a few countries on Earth that have encountered or made deliberate contact with ET spacecraft or Extraterrestrial Intelligence while out in space, either orbiting the Earth, on the Moon or some other distant planet in the Solar System or beyond our star system. There are also, subclasses or subtypes to this rare CE6 event.
A CE-7 or Close Encounters of the Seventh Kind"
is probably the most enigmatic and the most controversial of the Close Encounters because it does not occur in the physical plane of existence but, in the plane of altered or higher consciousness,
sometimes referred to Cosmic or God Consciousness. This type of encounter is somewhat rare or infrequent, but is more accessible to the general public through the practice of meditation, whereby contact may be established with not only highly evolved
Extraterrestrial life forms but, with celestial, astral, divine, and etheric beings as well as former departed souls. Needless to say, this type of encounter is subjective, it provides for no physical proof as such, yet, it can be simultaneous with a physical event which unfolds based upon the information acquired in the state of higher consciousness and may be imparted and shared with two or more individuals concurrently in that state of non-local, non-linear mind. Such encounters may be a combination of trans- dimensional
reality interfacing with the three dimensional physical reality. An example of such an encounter would be an Extraterrestrial being in a dimensional phase shift (higher or altered reality) touching a person physically in the third dimension who may or may not be visible to the person. (I have personally experienced this unique phenomenon (CE-7) on a couple of occasions with different groups of people who have also shared the same experience!)
