Whether you’re brand new to triathlon, getting back into the sport, or have been racing for years, you’ll find a group of people who are here to encourage you, cheer you on, laugh with you, and probably convince you to sign up for another race when you said you were “done.” 😂

We train together, celebrate the wins, survive the tough workouts, and most importantly, have a LOT of fun along the way.

Huge congratulations to all the TriCities athletes who raced their hearts out this past Saturday at the UBC Triathlon!

Watching each of you out there pushing your limits, encouraging one another, and crossing that finish line was truly something special. Moments like that remind us why this community is so incredible.

A special shoutout as well to the two amazing athletes who made the podium — what an amazing achievement and so well deserved! 🥈🥉

It was an incredible day filled with grit, determination, and team spirit. I’m so proud of every single one of you. Congratulations to you all! 🏊‍♂️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♂️
