Israeli Dancing with Julia Returns This Summer!

Join us for 8 weeks of music, movement, culture, and community as Julia leads our popular Israeli dance series in Coquitlam.

Tuesdays, July 7-August 25
7:00-8:00pm
Coquitlam

Whether you're a returning dancer or curious to try something new, all are welcome to come dance, connect, and enjoy a fun summer evening together.

Registration is now open.

This program is presented in collaboration with the Jewish Federation of BC and is subject to sufficient registration.

Summer at Burquest is taking shape

We’re excited to begin preparing a summer series with programming for different parts of our community.

Tuesday evenings will feature Israeli Dancing with Julia - a returning weekly series running through July and August.

During the day, we’ll also be offering a variety of relaxed, family-friendly summer activities for kids and families.

We are currently gathering community interest before finalizing the schedule and opening registration.

We’re still feeling the warmth from our Passover Seder on April 3rd.

With 61 community members gathered together, it was a beautiful evening of connection, tradition, and joy. Led by Cantor Steve, we shared in singing, storytelling, and the rich rituals that make Passover so meaningful.

A special thank you to Chef Ira for the delicious catering, which helped create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere where everyone could truly settle in and enjoy.

It was a night filled with laughter, reflection, and togetherness, and we’re so grateful to everyone who joined us and made it so special.

Wishing everyone a meaningful and joyful Passover!
