UPDATE: Tickets are Sold Out!!! Thank you for your support and good luck to all the ticket holders.

1st Copper Cliff Scouting will be at Lively Home Hardware in support of the Walden Lion's Club Tractor Draw for a HUSQVARNA TS 148X 48" Lawn Tractor.

This weekend is your last opportunity to purchase your ticket(s), $10 each and they are almost sold out.

Only 1000 tickets for sale and the prize is valued at over $4,700. 00

Reminder, we will be at Princess Auto Sudbury (on Lasalle) for our Bottle Drive this Saturday May 23rd, 2026

We will also have Fudge, BBQ Scrapers, raffle tickets for the Walden Lion's Club Father's Day Riding Tractor draw ($10 ea. - Lottery Lic. #856746) and raffle tickets for our Canada Day 50/50 draw ($5 ea. - Lottery Lic. ) with a potential $3,000 take home prize.

Happy Long Weekend. 1st Copper Cliff Scouting has an event running next Saturday, May 23rd, at Princess Auto on Lasalle. Stop in to say Hi! and check out the store while you're there. We will also have raffle tickets and fudge for sale.

Great article in the Sudbury Star that talks about regreening in Copper Cliff and Sudbury. It talks about the contribution from Tom Peters and there's also mention of Mike Peters. The Peters family are appreciated supporters of 1st Copper Cliff Scouting (with Copper Cliff Christmas trees and participate in our various fundraisers) and have youth in our program. It's a great read.

Looks like rain ☔️ is in the forecast for Easter Saturday 🐰. If that's put a damper on your plans, come play some Wingo Bingo 🍗 at The Cliff Pub & Eatery from 1-4pm and support 1st Copper Cliff Scouts 🏕️. Tickets 🎟️ are $25 each and available at the door until sold out. Seating is capped at 60 people. 30lbs of wings are up for grabs, we will have 50/50 tickets also for sale in support of outdoor youth programming.
Support Local, Have fun and good food. It's a win win for everyone.

This International Women’s Day, we’re leaning into the 2026 theme Give To Gain. 💜✨

For over 25 years, Scouts Canada has proudly been co-ed, yet we still hear the old stereotype that Scouts is “just for boys.” The truth is that our campfire has always been bigger than that. It’s a place where girls and young women show up, try new things, learn skills, and build friendships that last long after the adventure ends. 🏕️🌲

By giving girls and young women platforms to explore their passions, they gain opportunities to be seen, heard, and celebrated. And by providing mentorship and encouragement, in welcoming, safe and inclusive spaces, they are empowered to take on leadership with confidence.

Happy International Women’s Day. Here’s to creating more space for girls and women to learn, lead, and light the way. 💐
