A reminder from The Royal Canadian Legion.

With the Poppy Campaign and Remembrance Day approaching, you will begin to see a variety of retailers popping up illegally selling products using the Poppy for profit. (flags, hats, shirts, blankets, jewelry etc.)

The reason The Royal Canadian Legion holds the trademark on the Poppy is to ensure this sacred symbol of Remembrance is used with respect and to protect it from unauthorized retailers who use the symbol inappropriately.

When purchasing your Remembrance items, please ensure they are from an authorized source - such as www.poppystore.ca, www.amazon.ca/legion , or your local Legion Branch. When you shop through these channels, you can be confident that proceeds go directly to the Legion, helping us continue our important work with and for Canada’s Veterans.
