I joined Sarah Tacoma and Nikki Zavits at the Pretty River Red to record this podcast.

I welcome you to have a listen. We discuss my journey from beach bum in the 80s to White Cord Priestess, 7 years in shamanic healing circles and wise woman in sacred ceremony today.
I dish on what it's like in a moon lodge, sexual wisdom and moon blood.
I also spill the tea about the rebellious act of raising a daughter to be wise to the powers of her own cycles. We discuss the beauty of menstrual periods and what the red tents moon mother moon daughters blood 5 week course (the Nikki facilitates) entails and how its empowered my teen and built our bond thru menstrual awareness and appreciation and mutual respect.
This light hearted podcast had us giggling and even shedding a few tears.
