Below is the registration information for the Prairies to Peaks ATV Rally. Please let our office know if you have any questions or problems with it. Hope to see you there!!
The Calgary ATV Riders Association, along with Crowsnest Pass Quad Squad and Rocky ATV Club are pleased to announce that registration is open for the Prairies to Peaks ATV Rally. This early registration is exclusive for members only of one or more of the 3 clubs and will be open from January 25 to Feb. 14th. After that, registration will be open to the public. Your membership must be active (not expired) to be eligible to register during this time.
When: May 14th-18th, 2026
Where: At the private Ghost Air Strip campground northwest of Cochrane.

Location: We rented the 20 acre Ghost Airstrip Provincial Recreation Area (PRA) that’s nestled alongside the Waiparous Creek for the May long weekend camping and riding event. There is a camp kitchen, outhouses, water pump and supplied firewood for fires in designated pits. Nightly community campfires will be held at various fire pits. ⬇️

Member Pricing:
Children 5 & under are free
Includes 3 nights camping Friday - Sunday (1 dwelling this includes the catered BBQ dinner, concert and 3 breakfasts):
Family Weekend Pass: $295 (1 dwelling, 2 adults, & 2 children - 16 years old or younger)
Additional child (6-16 years old): $55/child
Couple Weekend Pass: $260 (1 dwelling adults)
Additional pass for an individual over 16 years old: $80 (staying with a family/couple in their dwelling)
Individual Weekend Pass: $180 (1 dwelling) (this changed $5 from the info email)
If camping Thursday evening this is an extra night camping of $35.
If you are attending with 2 or more dwellings (Trailer, camper, tent, etc) it is an additional $35/night per additional dwelling. Example 1 trailer and 1 tent = $70/night.
*If you only want to camp 1 or 2 nights, it is the same price as 3 nights.
Non-Member Pricing. Includes 3 nights camping Friday - Sunday (1 dwelling this includes the catered BBQ dinner, concert and 3 breakfasts):
Family Weekend Pass: $355
Additional Child Pass (6-16 years old): $75
Couple Weekend Pass: $320
Additional adult Individual Pass: $100
Individual Weekend Pass: $235
Camping Thursday evening: $35/night
Camping per Night per dwelling: $35. If you are attending with 2 dwellings (Trailer, camper, tent, etc) that is $70/night for camping as an example and you will need to pay extra for the additional dwelling.
When can you Register?
Registration is open! You can register by emailing [email protected] with the following information:
1. Number and names of participants.
2. Number of nights camping and day of arrival
3. Number of units camping
4. Which weekend pass you are purchasing
After registering you will receive a confirmation email with your cost within 72 hours of registering. If the event is sold out we will notify you of this as well. You are required to pay within 48 hours of receiving the email. Please send an e-transfer with your payment to: [email protected]. In the notes provide your full name, phone number, email, and note this is for the ATV Rally.
All participants must meet the following requirements to participate: Valid insurance, registration, license, and appropriate clothing for the elements. There is also no use of Alcohol or drugs during rides. All Riders are to follow the Alberta off highway vehicle helmet law, for more details click here. All riders are required to sign an event waiver, click here to download the waiver. Completed waivers can be emailed to [email protected]. It is strongly encouraged those riding in side by sides wear helmets as well. Failure to follow the rules will result in removal from the event.
To ensure everyone has a delightful time please review the Campground & Riding rules. All adult participants are required to sign off on the rules upon arrival.
Refunds:
Please note only the camping fee will be refunded after April 30th (minus the banking fee) if you are unable to attend. Your tickets are transferable to other members of the 3 clubs, you are responsible to email [email protected] with the other party being cc’d to inform us of the transfer.
