Crowsnest Lake Bible Camp

Crowsnest Lake Bible Camp Providing a fee-free Christ-centred camping experience in the heart of the Canadian Rockies since 1956.

Over the years, Crowsnest Lake Bible Camp has grown and changed in many ways, but one thing has remained the same since that very first camp in the summer of 1956: all our camps are still offered free of charge. We want children to be able to attend camp regardless of their financial situation. We feel this is one way we can participate in sharing the free grace of God that is offered to all of ma

nkind, without cost, by our mighty God. We seek to operate as a practical object lesson of His generosity to each one of us.

Come home to Crow. Camp 🐦‍⬛
On Saturday, June 20, we're throwing the gates open for Homecoming — an afternoon to explore the grounds you remember, meet the crows, and rediscover the place that's meant so much to so many.
Walk the lakefront. Step inside the lodge. Stand where the campfire burns. Explore at your own pace, stay for a refreshment, and see camp the way a camper sees it.
Whether you spent every summer here, sent your kids here, or have simply always wondered what's past the gate — you're invited.

Our other PIT leader for this summer is Dawson Labun!

Hey everyone!
I'm Dawson, and I'm super excited to be returning to the role of PIT leader once again!

I’ve been coming to Crow as a camper and staff for a long time (13 years). I love the deep relationships that happen at camp and the work that gets done here. I’m excited to continue in both of those things and to build Gods kingdom with this year’s PIT crew. Fun fact about me is that once you start playing the accordion professionally, it’s hard to stop. They will always pressure you out of retirement… I'm looking forward to what God has in store for this year's PIT crew and can't wait to walk alongside everyone as we learn, grow, and serve together!

Applications close April 15, and can be found on the camp website under the Volunteer tab!

Meet one of our PIT leaders for this summer!

First is Cadence Hengen:
My name is Kraft Dinner (my closest friends call me Cadence) and I have been blessed with the opportunity to co-lead PIT this year! I can't wait to meet the crew and get to know everybody :)
For those of you who are wondering the basics: I'm currently from Cranbrook, I work at a cafe/ teach music lessons, and I've been connected to Crow since birth (literally). I really enjoy being in the sun, reading good books, occasionally I try drawing but usually prefer enjoying someone else's art.
And for those of you wondering the random stuff: I once decorated a hedgehog cake, I've been laked twice, and I believe jell-o is disgusting.

I am really excited to see how God uses myself and the rest of the PITs this summer. I've heard of and witnessed lots of amazing moments at Crow; answers to prayer, provision and protection, and I have no doubt that this year will be another testament to His goodness. Looking forward to serving with all of you!

2026 PIT dates are set! June 28-Aug 7.
Applications are open now, is God nudging you to be at Crow this summer?

PIT Crew started in 1981 as an attempt to train young leaders aged 16-17 in a camp setting. Every PIT Crew has its flavour and style and yet every year sees teens learning to serve and developing into “doers of the Word.” The program is all about learning about God, learning about each other, and learning how to give what God has given us.

It is with heavy hearts, but hearts full of hope, that we share the passing of long time Crow person, Jim Graham.

Jim was a long time volunteer and board member who was integral in shaping the community at Crow over the last 40+ years. Whether he was volunteering at the latest camp work day or sharing a quiet word by the fire, his life was a constant reflection of the Gospel he loved so dearly. He showed us what it meant to walk humbly with Christ in the midst of His creation.
