We're hoping this will be a huge help to parents/caregivers!! We are having a "Milk House" built for the fairgrounds!
It will have a change table for parents to have somewhere clean to change their child's diaper as well as a rocking chair set up for any breastfeeding mothers.
Deer Creek Construction is completing this project for us and they are doing amazing work - we cannot wait to see it completely finished and delivered to the fairgrounds 😀

Fair Books are now available for pick up!! They are located at McMichael Jewellers in Bancroft and Red Eagle Family Campground in Coe Hill. If you exhibited in last years fair please make sure to ask if you already have a book with your name on it before purchasing another one!
Fair Books/Memberships are $10.00 each - CASH ONLY
Make sure you pick up some entry tags as well.
When filling out your information in the binder please fill in all required info and please write legibly as that is how we get you your prize money.
If you're unsure which location to pick your membership up at please send us a message and we can let you know where your book is. 😀

Advance Ride Bracelets: $34.00 ($30.09 plus tax)

Ride Bracelets at Fair: $39.55 ($35 plus tax)

Bracelets can be used on EITHER Friday OR Saturday (not both).
Friday hours they are accepted are 4pm-10pm
Saturday hours they are accepted are 1pm-7pm

Operating Hours:
Friday 4pm-10pm
Saturday 11am-9pm (hours outside of the 1pm-7pm will need to purchase individual tickets to keep riding)

Will only be 1 or 2 rides max for children under 36" tall

We are happy to announce we will be having Tom Stefan of Carving Works attending the fair on Saturday August 29th. He will be at the grounds for 11am and will be doing 3 carvings throughout the day! Check out his page to see his other amazing work :)
We will be having a silent auction to sell the carvings as well!
