Each year, the Government of Alberta updates the Household Income Thresholds used to determine eligibility for affordable housing.

For Cochrane, the current maximum annual household incomes are:

🏠 Studio – $57,500
🏠 1 Bedroom – $65,000
🏠 2 Bedroom – $77,000
🏠 3 Bedroom – $87,500
🏠 4 Bedroom – $98,500

Many people are surprised to learn that affordable housing serves a wide range of individuals and families whose incomes fall within these thresholds.

Affordable housing helps create a stronger, healthier community by ensuring people have access to safe, stable places to call home.

We are absolutely thrilled to extend a huge thank you to and Cochrane FCSS & FRN for their incredible generosity in providing CSHO with a $13,000 grant. This funding will play a vital role in helping us continue to provide affordable housing options to those in need in Cochrane. Thank you again for your support!
