Three Cochrane Figure Skating Club athletes — Evalea Foley (STAR 8), Atera Kirkpatrick (STAR 8), and Bentley Halliday (STAR 6) — have qualified for the Alberta Winter Games, representing the Big Country and Calgary zones in Cold Lake from Feb. 13–16.

We’re proud of your hard work and can’t wait to cheer you on as you compete on the provincial stage! 💙

🎉🎉 Skaters from the Cochrane Skating Club will be skating tomorrow from 4 to 5 p.m. in Totem 1 at SLS Centre for the New Year's Eve celebration! Come cheer on our talented skaters! 🎉🎉

🎉 Ring in the New Year at SLS Centre! 🎆
Join at SLS Centre on December 31 for a FREE family event from 4-7 PM! It will be an unforgettable evening of family-friendly fun, entertainment, and fireworks to finish the evening with a bang! 🎇

Activities Include:
✨ Wagon Rides (4-6 PM)
✨ Fire pits, hot chocolate
✨ Face Painting, Craft tables, Roving Performers
✨ Climbing Wall, Public skating, Swimming, Bouncers & soft play
✨ Dance Party with balloon drop at 6 PM

⚠️ SLS Centre will have adjusted hours on December 31:
Regular operations: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Open for Event: 4:00 – 7:00 PM

🎄❄️ Kickoff the holidays with the Cochrane Skating Club's HOLIDAY MOVIE MAGIC ICE SHOW on Saturday, Dec 20th from 3:00 to 4:30 PM at the Cochrane Arena.

🎫Admission: $20/family or $10 per person. Kids under 3 are free. Doors Open at 2:30 PM

🎬 Show is open to the public so bring your family and friends and cheer on the skaters in this fun filled festive show! 🎄❄️
