In only our second year as a competitive league- U9 Redwood Meadows Rangers are Bronze Medal Winners and the U10 Redwood Meadows Whitecaps are Gold Medal Champions at the Okotoks Jamboree this weekend! Join us, Sunday, June 21, as we celebrate National Indigenous Peoples Day in Redwood!

We are honoured to welcome Tsuut’ina Nation’s own world champion dancer Quinten Pipestem, anthem singer Simone Goodstriker-Whitney, Knowledge Keeper Ellison Starlight, and drummer Graeme Rowane for a day of culture, learning, and community connection.

Enjoy a mini market featuring authentic Indigenous crafts and jewelry, a Father’s Day drop-in craft, and drop-in lacrosse activities for all ages.

We also invite you to join Knowledge Keeper Ellison Starlight for a medicinal plant walk through the land, offering an opportunity to learn about traditional plant knowledge and deepen our connection to the place we call home.

We are grateful to live on and learn from these lands and remain committed to fostering appreciation, understanding, and respect for the people, culture, and traditions of the Tsuut’ina Nation.
