Whitewater Region Community Day!
Today Saturday, August 15, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Township of Whitewater is celebrating 25 years of Whitewater Region with a day full of fun, community spirit, and local connections!

Come and enjoy:

🚒 MEGA Touch-a-Truck - step inside a Chinook helicopter!
🎶 Live music
🎨 Family activities - face painting, bouncy castles, games
🤝 Connect with local volunteer organizations

Here are the cheque presentations to the beneficiaries of this year’s golf tournament. Pembroke Regional Hospital, Renfrew Victoria Hospital, Renfrew Hospice, ConnectWell Community Health and Victim Services Renfrew County. Each recipient says what the money will be used for. All for good causes!

Great Day for Golf at our 31st Annual Tournament

It’s going to be a fun day! The beneficiaries of this event are Hospice Renfrew, Pembroke Regional Hospital, Renfrew Victoria Hospital, ConnectWell Community Health and Victim Services Renfrew County.

On Saturday the Club had its 52nd Anniversary Charter Night.
President Lynn Agnew highlighted the Club’s accomplishments over the past year and recognized members for their years of service.

On Saturday night 2 special awards were presented:

Congratulations to Tiffany Fortier who was awarded Citizen of the Year!
The plaque was presented to Tiffany by Civitan Brenda Powers-Ross.

Congratulations to President Lynn who was awarded Civitan of the Year! The plaque was presented to President Lynn by Civitan Fred Laderoute.

The evening finished up with entertainment by Gillan Rutz.
