What an incredible day at our Come Try Ringette event! 💗⚡

We welcomed a record number of participants to the ice today, and seeing so many smiles, laughs, and genuine excitement as players discovered ringette for the first time was amazing. Even better, we’ve already had several new players register to join UOV Lightning for the upcoming season!

A huge thank you to everyone who came out and gave ringette a try. We hope you had as much fun as we did sharing this amazing sport with you.

We also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of our volunteers. A reminder that our UOV Ringette Equipment Exchange is happening today!

Have ringette equipment your player has outgrown? We are still looking for donations and would greatly appreciate any items you can contribute. The more equipment we receive, the more families we can help this season.

💗 If possible, please drop off donations before NOON today so we have time to sort everything before the exchange begins.

Thank you to everyone who has already donated — every piece of equipment makes a difference!

REMINDER: Dust Off the Rust Clinics Start THIS THURSDAY! ❄️

Summer is flying by, and it’s almost time to get back on the ice!

If you haven’t registered yet, there’s still time to join us for our 2026 Dust Off the Rust Clinics! These sessions are a great way for players to sharpen their skating and ring skills, rebuild confidence, reconnect with teammates, and have some fun before the season gets underway.

Whether you’re brand new to ringette or returning for another season, there’s a spot for you! FUN 2 and up.
