This past Saturday, as part of we hosted our third annual bus tour showcasing four amazing local farms! Jared and Karleen Clark along with multiple members of their team toured us through their state of the art feed mill, cattle handling facility, and farm equipment. Gary, Rebecca, and Ben did an excellent job showcasing the and what it takes to grow sugar right here in Southern Alberta! In our third stop, 845 Spud Farms, and his team toured us through their rapidly growing potato farm operation and educated everyone on this booming industry. Last but certainly not least, Andrew showed us all how he and his team grow organic tomatoes, peppers, garlic, cantaloupe, and more for markets across the province. A sincere thank you to these hosts for opening your doors to us and all of our bus tour guests!

We look forward to next year when we get another opportunity to show off Alberta producers to even more guests!
