There is a locked drop box outside the office for after hours messages or rent cheques to be pickup up during the following day. The office is staffed by a General Manager (generally works from Monday to Thursday). We also have Maintenance and Cleaning personnel who are generally on site on Tuesdays and Fridays. hared lawn space, designated smoking area, vegetable garden plots, horseshoe pitch, several gazebos, lounge room, common space kitchen and recreation space. Host your next family gathering in one of our spaces (subject to availability – check with the office). We have Maintenance personnel available to do repairs and maintenance on your suites. All repairs and maintenance are to be done by the Maintenance personnel. From changing lightbulbs, installing a wall mount for a TV to replacing a broken toilet – we are here to do these tasks safely for you. If you have any maintenance requests or a complaint to file, please use the designated forms located outside of the office. All communications must be in writing for Management or Maintenance to take action.
