Last night, we had a wonderful visit from Santa & Mrs Claus at our Christmas Party.

All the children got to say hello to Santa and received a gift. It was all loads of fun.

Our potluck was a great success and it was lovely to catch up with old friends and meet some of our new neighbours 💕

We are having a Christmas Party at the Upper Clearwater Hall on Saturday December 20, 2025 from 5pm !!!! This will be a potluck with a very special guest!!

If you have new neighbours who would love to come and meet others in Upper Clearwater, please let them know about this.

Our very special guest will hand out gifts (pre-wrapped by family - please make sure the parcels are well labelled with your child's name).

There will also be a fun activities table for the young - and young-at-heart!

Potlucks at the Hall are always great fun - hope to see you there!!

Our names are Liv and Braden, and together we are Tragedy Ann from Guelph, Ontario - we hope this note is finding you cozy, perhaps with a warm beverage nearby.

We're fresh-off-the train to BC, and are reaching out to invite you to our Home Routes concert on Tuesday, Nov 25 at the Upper Clearwater Community Hall. We can't wait to be coming through your neck of the woods presenting what we call "Forward-looking Folk" and we'd love to see you there.

But what, exactly, would you see there? Well, we'll be sharing songs and stories that evoke compassion, curiosity, and empathy. We love relishing in moments of near pin-drop silence as much as the catharsis of any belted chorus.
As a duo we'll be singing together, as well as playing a traveller's pump organ, singing saw, guitar, and accordion. (And yes, it can all fit in the car!)

Liv also loves teaching people how to play the singing saw after concerts, if you're keen to give it a go!

We were recently honoured to have our last album, Heirlooms, nominated for two Ontario Folk Music Awards (Recording Artist of the Year & Music Video of the Year) and are thrilled to be sharing songs from Heirlooms, alongside some brand new material.

It is that time again! Come out to the next Home Routes concert to Upper Clearwater Hall on Sunday October 19, 2025.

Dinner at 5pm (Fundraiser for Upper Clearwater Fire Brigade)

Hi Home Routes!

I'll be hopping on a plane very soon to start my Home Routes tour so I thought I'd take a second to introduce myself. I am soooooo looking forward to bringing my "porch music with a little red dirt" your way this October! I've lost count of how many Home Routes tours that I've done, and I keep coming back because I love the opportunity to bring my songs and stories to communities across this wonderful country of ours. I've been touring my songs internationally since 2007 and I have to say that Alberta and British Columbia are two of my favourite places to tour. The scenery is second to none and I can't wait to see the mountains and the ocean again.

I've been at this whole music thing for a while now, and along the way I've picked up a couple of Canadian Folk Music Awards, as well as a few more awards for songwriting. I've played festivals and venues across North America, Europe and the United Kingdom. I'm especially known for my lyrics, and my secret dream is to be a standup comedian. Here's a quote from a UK reviewer from one of my live shows:
